Just as the best companies are concerned about the quality of their relationships with their customers, the best leaders seek feedback,both positive and negative, about how they are doing in their relationships with their many constituents. Research shows that by collecting feedback from a variety of perspectives, especially peers and direct reports, individuals can understand how they are seen from all points of view.

Leadership Practices Inventory® is a leadership assessment tool based on the five practices taught in The Leadership Challenge® workshop (please see below). This 360-degree assessment tool has been used by over three million people. The LPI helps you measure and build leadership skills. Leaders will gain deep insight into how they see themselves as leaders, how others see their behaviour, and what actions they can take to improve their effectiveness as a leader. The LPI can be used as an integral part of  The Leadership Challenge®  workshop or as a stand-alone feedback instrument.
